  • The voucher from the “June Bonus 300 PLN” promotion is sent with the order in physical form with a code to be entered during subsequent purchases.
  • The voucher is disposable – it can be used only once.
  • In the case of a returned order in which the “June Bonus 300 PLN” voucher was used, the voucher will be forfeited.
  • An order with a used promotional voucher must be returned in full; only product size replacement is allowed.
  • In the case of returning an order paid for with a promotional voucher, the refund covers only the actual amount paid by the customer.
    (Example: if a customer paid 150 PLN for an order worth 450 PLN (using a 300 PLN voucher), he will receive a refund of 150 PLN).
  • The issuer is not responsible for loss or damage to the voucher by the Purchaser or Holder. In such cases, duplicates will not be issued.
  • The organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion early without giving any reason.

The holder of the Championship Gift Voucher is entitled to redeem it under the following conditions:

  • Gift Voucher is a form of payment for goods purchased from the online store at www.akatex.pl
  • The holder of a Gift Voucher may use the amount indicated on the Gift Voucher for goods available from the online store,
  • In case of purchase of goods with a value lower than the value of the Gift Voucher, the Holder is not entitled to receive a refund of the remaining unused amount,
  • If the purchase of goods with a value higher than the value of the Gift Voucher, the Holder is obliged to pay the difference;

In the case of a voucher for a particular product range:

  • It is not possible to change the type of assortment to other than that indicated on the voucher

  • The Issuer shall not be responsible for loss or damage to the Gift Certificate by the Purchaser or Holder. In such cases, duplicates will not be issued,
  • The voucher should be sent back to our address along with the order after contacting us in advance to reserve it, or place the order in the online store with an appropriate annotation in the comments, e.g.: “Payment by Voucher for Championships at ……..”.

Who can receive a discount code?

Any person who fills out the form and confirms their consent can receive a discount code.
