Softshell is a popular material used for sewing outdoor clothing mi. coats, sweatshirts, jackets or pants. The material consists of three layers of materials: inner, middle and outer. Each layer has a different property and task.
The outer layer, flexible provides breathability and freedom of movement. The middle layer – is a waterproof and breathable membrane. The inner layer is a soft but durable fleece, which behaves both as a thermal insulation and a layer that quickly transports moisture produced during physical activity.
In our product, we additionally used material with Rip-Stop technology . It is a fabric that is created by adding an additional stronger fiber, with thicker wefts every 3-4 mm through this a characteristic convex grid pattern is created. In the event of a tearing force, it is these wefts that protect the fabric from damage. This solution saves weight while maintaining the high strength of the fabric
